This week we have chosen a recipe you can watch being made in our Cookery School.

Coffee and Walnut Sponge Cake is a revised recipe from Delia's original cakes book, and in this version she uses mascarpone in the icing to make things a little esier. Do take a few minutes to watch the recipe being made - you will be able to see just how easy it is!
