About Delia's Cranberry Relish

Hi I had a Delia recipe for cranberry relish/sauce which contained some orange and some red wine/marsala or port. The only recipe I can find online is her cranberry & orange relish with grated ginger. This is definitely not the original recipe. Can you help me to find the original? I am positive it did not contain grated ginger.

Hello,
Delia’s Cranberry and Orange Relish in her original cookery book is the same. It did always have the ginger in the recipe.
Perhaps it was the Confit?
