Chestnut cups: Hi Lindsey. Baking soon and quick query on the tin! Do they require Delia’s 6 cup muffin tin and if so is it fine to bake the 2 remaining separately (this batter would be left on counter top until others bake)? Or will a standard cupcake tin work so all cupcakes bake at once?
Hope you can advise and thank you in advance.
Kindest wishes.

Hello,
For this recipe you can use a standard size 12-hole bun / fairy cake tin with standard paper cases.
If you had 2 of the 6-hole muffin tins you could use these with the standard size cases.
As the baking powder in this recipe starts to react when mixed with the liquid they are best cooked in one batch.
Best wishes
Lindsey
