As you don’t mention it, does that mean you’re ok to eat cream cheese and milk but not crème fraiche and cream?
Sorry I should have said that I am ok with skimmed milk and low fat yogurt & I can eat small amounts of cream cheese but am no good with full fat milk, creme fraiche or cream. I'd really like to make an alternative so that I can have a small portion as well. Thank you for your help.

The compromises needed to reduce the fat in this particular baked cheesecake would make the recipe so far from the original that it’s probably better to make and enjoy a recipe that is made without such a high proportion of full fat ingredients.
Such as this recipe – you could replace the yogurt for a lower fat version and if you want to change the flavour you could replace the coffee with semi-skimmed milk and vanilla extract.
