Hi Lindsey,
I am looking to make the 'Scallops in their shells' and it says at the top of recipe that the recipe can be cooked from frozen and at the bottom it says cook from cold? Please can you confirm if it can be cooked from frozen and if so for how long at what temperature and would this be for the whole recipe including the scallops or just the sauce?

Hello,
Prepare them in the dishes, sprinkled with the cheese and breadcrumbs.
When they are completely cold, wrap well in freezer film and freeze for up to 2 months.
Unwrap and bake from frozen at 200C for 40 minutes or until piping hot and golden brown.
Best wishes
Lindsey
