Beef in white wine!

Hi,

I have made Delias Boeuf Bourguignon on a few occasions but would like to use White wine instead. would you recommend this?

Hello,

It will be lighter in colour but yes absolutely you can braise beef in white wine, or cider if you like. You might like to add a spot of browning to enrich the colour.
