Can you make blackcurrant curd using cornflour like in you lemon curd recipe? I don't want to waste my blackcurrants and want something foolproof!

You can make blackcurrant curd. We do not have a recipe but I would search for a recipe online and opt for one that uses butter, sugar, lemon and eggs.
