Cake tin depth

Hi Lindsey,

When a recipe calls for a deep 20cm cake tin is it 4.5cm or 8cm height ?

Hello Jeanette,

Sounds like it is a cake tin which will be about 7.5 – 8cm deep. Our sponge cake tins are 4cm deep.
