CBaking the low-fat carrot cake in loaf tins

Re: The low calorie Delia Moist Carrot Cake , using the Quark topping. Please can you tell me if it is possible to use two 1lb loaf tins for this cake instead of the oblong tin. If so should I amend the recipe at all.

Hello Linda,
We haven’t tried, but I can’t see why you couldn’t do that.
Keep the oven temperature the same but I’d check to see if it’s cooked after 25 – 30 minutes.
