Christmas pudding one year on!

Hello Lindsey. I've just found, lurking in the cupboard, a small Christmas pudding from last year!!
As it's Stir Up Sunday today, I've already started my mix for this year, but wondered if the one I've found would be ok or should I not take a chance and just bin it?

Hello Eileen,
Unwrap it and check that it has no obvious signs of deterioration or mould and if it still smells nice it will be fine to add some fresh parchment and foil and steam on Christmas day.
