Christmas Stollen

Hello Lindsey
I used Delia’s recipe to make Christmas Stollen in my breadmaker the other day. The taste was fantastic and my husband loved it. I wonder if you know of anyone who has used a breadmaker to prepare the dough and any hints or tips that might help. We both found the taste to be exquisite. The Stollen was however more dense than we had hoped.
I should explain I only made the dough in the breadmaker. I then went ahead and baked it in the oven!

Have you tried making the recipe as we do on the cookery school?
This has been adjusted from the original and is much easier!
