Cooking a larger amount of lamb chops

Hi there,
I have been asked to cook a birthday meal of lamb cutlets (specific request), need to cook 20 cutlets to feed everybody, I have never cooked this many at one time before, do you have any advice on how best to do this please?

It depends on how you like your lamb cooked.

Oven-baked Lamb Chops
If your want to serve them pink you can seal the chops ahead in batches in a hot pan and then finish them in a hot oven for about 10 – 15 minutes. I haven’t done this for many years so I would recommend that you find a trusted recipe if you want to serve them cooked this way or try it for yourself before the event.
