We have a collection of some of the recipes that serve one here.

One is Fun

Many of recipes can be adapted to serve one or they can often be frozen, so you can follow the recipe, eat what you like, then portion and freeze the rest. Sometimes this works well if the portions are frozen before finishing and sometimes leftovers can be portioned and frozen.

Whichever way works best for you, if ever you want to ask our advice you can ask your questions here.
