She developed two specific recipes for just an occasion. Half Time Pork Saltimbocca with Parma Ham, Sage and Marsala which takes only 4 minutes to cook, and recommends serving with an easy salad and homemade Focaccia. Half time Tapas: Served with Majorcan Tomato Bread takes 5 minutes to cook; you prepare King prawns in advance, then whack them under the grill at half-time and while they cook, prepare the Tomato Bread ready to serve.
