Hello Patricia,
As this cake is moist from the pear it is likely to go mouldy in a couple days if stored in a warm / room temperature place.
If you’re making it to serve the following day it will be fine without going in the refrigerator.
To prolong the life of this cake I would freeze or refrigerate and take it out a few hours before serving to allow it to reach room temperature.
