Fan or conventional heat?

Hi there, are the cooking times quoted in recipes for a convection or fan oven?

Hello,

All of Delia’s recipes that require and oven are tested using conventional top and bottom heat, so if you are using a fan oven, you need to reduce the oven temperature by 20 degrees.
