Following the Cookery Course

I'm finding it hard to navigate around or through the Online Cookery School. Is their a format I can follow each week and I can't find the pages of study notes that I believe their are. How do I know when I've finished the course?

If you scroll down the cookery school page each of the terms are listed and each term has a drop down list of lessons.
There is a technical issue with the Study Notes which is being worked on but in the meantime here are the links to the cookery school study notes….

You can also find the Study Notes using the search box by typing in Study Notes and clicking on Content which sits at the top right-hand side of the page.
