These special themed days are hosted by Delia and Chef Alex Mackay.

Start your day with coffee and cake on arrival, then watch a live cookery demonstration from Alex. After that, there is a cocktail masterclass, then you will sit down for a three-course lunch and a tutored wine tasting with Jason Banner from Peter Graham Wines. Delia and Alex will be happy to sign books, both old and new.
