Freezing Feuilletés

Can you freeze the Asparagus and Gruyère Feuilletés? If so, is it best to freeze them cooked or uncooked (or partially cooked!)?

The feuilletés recipe is not suitable for freezing.
But we do make, bake and freeze this tart for up to 6 months…
