

Struggling to find the basic freezing instructions for roast potatoes I’ve seen in the website before - can’t recall whether you need to defrost ahead of cooking, and if you toss in fat or oil before freezing ? I did a very successful potato freeze last year but now can’t find the instructions can anyone help? Thanks ☺️

Hello,
You can freeze the potatoes at the ‘fluffed’ stage for a couple of months. Freeze flat and then bag when solid.
Cook from frozen, in hot oil as per the recipe.
