Freezing Spinach Lasagne

Can the spinach and ricotta lasagne be frozen - before and/ or after cooking. Can the spinach mixture be made frozen in advance of assembling the lasagne??

Hello,
Yes, a prepared spinach lasagne, wrapped well, can be frozen on the day that it is made for up to three months.
I would defrost overnight, remove from the fridge an hour or so before cooking and then bake as per the recipe.
Yes, for a simple supper, we would freeze the leftovers too for up to three months.
