Fuel economy cooking!

This is more a thank you than a question. I regularly make Delia's Ragu Bolognese (simply the best) and I recently hit upon 2 of her soup recipes that require the same long slow cooking. Slow-Cooked Root Vegetable Soup and Slow-Cooked Celery and Celeriac Soup, Win-win here. Oven maxed out with amazing tasting recipes.
