Is it possible to make Chicken Basque a couple of hours or so in advance? As the cooking time is only one hour it doesn't leave enough time for us to have apero and starters first. Maybe some of the prep can be done in advance. I hope to hear from you very soon as I'm doing this this evening!

Hello Diane,
When I make this and want to get ahead I make it up to the point – just before you add the stock. I refrigerate it once it is all cold and later on that day or the next I put it back o the top heat add the stock, wine and seasoning and carry on from there as per the recipe. I hope that helps.
