Hello. How far in advance can you make chicken liver pate with cognac before you need to serve it? Thank you. June

Hello June,
It keeps well for 3 – 4 days in the fridge or can be frozen on the day it’s made for up to 2 months.
Defrost overnight in the fridge then, remove from the fridge at lease an hour before serving.
