How long in advance can I cook the ingredients for salmon coulibac. Would it be best to cook all the ingredients and keep them in the fridge before assembling? If I cooked everything on a Thursday to eat on Sunday?

I would probably opt to make it on the Friday but If the salmon is fresh it should be fine prepared, assembled, covered and chilled in the fridge on Thursday and then glazed and baked in Sunday.
