

I am making the loaf breads and ready to move onto the seeded bread
Where can I get ‘grain flour’ from ? Can you suggest any brands.
For the wholemeal bread I have been using ‘Matthew Cotswold flour- stoneground strong whole grain’ as it also says ‘strong wholemeal bread flour’

We used Allinson’s Country Grain for the cookery school, but there are others like Maltthews Cotswold Crunch, Hovis Granary, Marriage’s Malted Seeded.

I just made the seeded loaf, using the ‘Alisons Country Grain’.
I seem to tuck in before its gone completely cold - delicious.
I also treated myself to a Delia Loaf tin - and am really happy with the result
