How do I find out the calories per serving of a dish/per 100g? I’m looking at brown rice salad from complete cookery course. Thanks

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to provide the calorific content of each recipe.

The NHS have a helpful calorie checker on their website if you ever need to work out the value of something…
