I am in USA and can only buy All Purpose flour, which is plain flour. I would like to make a classic sponge cake, or use the all in one method. How much baking powder do I use for 175g of the plain flour so that the cake will rise?
Thank you.

Hello Meryl,
For the all-in-one method, using 3 eggs I would use about 12g baking powder with 175g of plain flour.
Best wishes
