Hi
I made some of Delia's Chunky Marmalade Muffins. They tasted great but the muffin itself seemed to be a little wet and stodgy . What went wrong?

Hello,

Muffins are much moister than sponge but it could be that they were exactly as they should be or that they are slightly undercooked. The marmalade muffin can look ready before they are cooked inside.
