Is the Seafood Laksa recipe correct?

Is the Seafood Laksa recipe correct?
I'm referring to the recipe located here https://www.deliaonline.com/recipes/collections/meat-free-monday/seafood...
It seems that either stock or water component is missing, as the result is quite dry and very unlike laksa, also all other recipes I've read, have the addition of water or stock 750ml - 1 litre

We will check the recipe against the original published version to make sure the recipe we have online matches it. Sarah edited the Delia Collections books so if it’s the same it will be how she intended.
