Keeping St Stephens Pudding

Hi, how far in advance can a St Stephens pudding be made? Do they keep like a Christmas pudding once steamed? Thanks, Harry

Hello Harry,

St Stephens Pudding will not keep like a Christmas Pudding but it can be frozen.

Frost overnight in the fridge then steam the pudding for about 45 minutes to heat through.
