One family member is now dairy intolerant. With recipes such as the 18th Century Chestnut stuffing and Traditional Braised Red Cabbage with Apples, can butter be successfully substituted with margarine?
Does this also work with the bread sauce, but also substituting creamy milk with oak milk and omitting the cream?
