Making 10cm christmas cakes

Hi. I make Delia’s Traditional Christmas cake every year as it is so wonderful. As part of a 70th birthday celebration for a group of friends, I am looking to make 12 mini individual cakes - using 10cm tins. I cannot work out the ingredient quantities I will need and how long to cook for. Can you help please? Thank you

Hello,
The Classic Christmas cake mix will make 4 x 10cm round cakes. So you will need 3 times the recipe for 12.
They will need to be well protected around the outside with brown paper (or newspaper!) and covered with baking parchment, not touching the cake mixture). They will need about 1 ¼ hours (on the bottom shelf. 140c on a conventional setting or 115c in a fan oven) but I’d check after an hour.
