Making a bigger double lemon drizzle cake.

Love the double lemon and poppyseed cake. Best lemon cake ever eaten. But it would be too small for me to take into work. Would it work if you doubled the quantities? IWhat size tin and how long to bake. Many thanks!

Hello,
For the same depth cake you will need a 28cm round for double the mixture.
I think it will take about an hour to bake.
