

Hello Lindsey,
I have made Delia’s Classic Christmas cake for many years and this year I would like to bake it in a ring shaped tin. Could you advise on quantities and, more importantly, cooking times please?
The capacity of my ring tin is just under 3litres - this is the only way I could think of to measure it!

Hello Barbara,
I think you’ll need a 5 egg version of the recipe.
The quantities are on this chart for the 9 inch round.
For the cooking I would think about 4 hours, but I’d take a peek at 3.
