

I have a question about the double lemon drizzle cake with poppy seeds. How long can it be kept in an airtight container and still be good? I want to make it on a Sunday to be eaten on Thursday. Is that still fine? Thank you!

We store it in a tin, in a cool place, for up to 3 days.
If serving beyond 3 days we would freeze on the day it is made without the final sprinkling of sugar and poppy seeds which we would sprinkle over after the cake has been defrosted.
