I am looking to make Delia's mincemeat. When is a good time to make it? Oct? Nov? Dec?

Hello,

You can make it now or right up until close to Christmas.

Stored in sterilised jars in a cool dark place it will keep well for a few years. Take a look at this page which you might find helpful
