Phew... that's January over! Time to start entertaining, and we have a lovely three course menu with a French influence for you for this month. Eggs en Cocotte with Morel or Porcini Mushrooms make a lovely winter starter, if you are a bit puzzled about how they're made, take a look at Delia's video in our Online Cookery School where eggs en cocotte is included in the lesson for scrambled and baked eggs. Main course is a twist on a French cassic, Braised Pork with Prunes, topped with potatoes it's similar to a hotpot. Finally a French classic Crepes Suzette
