This month Lindsey has chosen an Italian menu to get into the holiday mood.

Starting with a seasonal salad of broad beans served with crispy pancetta and a sherry vinegar dressing, you can serve this with other salads at a buffet too.

Our main course is Delia's version of the classic Italian dish Chicken Cacciatore served with served with green tagliatelle, noodles, rice or a simple vegetable.  Finally, Zabaglione Ice Cream with Almond Biscotti, the biscuits are crumbled into the ice cream to give a lovely crunch. If you haven't got an ice cream maker then you could always just make Zabaglione instead.
