Not so much a question more an observation!
With Autumn creeping up on us I have made the scrummy Jamaican gingerbread loaf cake with all its naughty ingredients.
I am so glad Delia's cake recipes don't include calories per slice! Cake is for indulgence and enjoyment (as long as you don't eat the whole cake in one go!)
