Hello Lindsey, I'd like to make Delia's Preserved Ginger Cake but don't have the right size tin. Is there an equivalent square or round tin that I could use instead?

Hello,
You’ll need a tin with a capacity of 2000ml.
Perhaps a 23cm square tin with a depth of 4 to 5cm.
