Ingredients:
2 pounds of crab meat
1 can of cream of shrimp soup
1/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of sherry
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of grated Cheddar cheese
6 tablespoons of margarine
Method:
Topping: Toss 1/2 package
of cornbread stuffing or scone mixture with 4 tablespoons of
melted margarine.
Heat everything, except crabmeat, until melted. Pour over crab
and top with stuffing. Bake at 325 - 350ºF. for 30 minutes or
until brown and bubbly.
