Combine first 5 ingredients in a
large shallow dish; stir well. Add shrimp and refrigerate for 2
hours.
Remove shrimp from marinade;
place in a single layer in a 15x10x1-inch jelly roll pan or
similar shallow baking pan(s).
Pour about 1 cup marinade over
the shrimp. Broil 2 minutes; turn shrimp over and broil 2
minutes longer or until done.
Serve immediately. Serve
with boiled rice and salad for a main meal.
