Cook the white wine, vinegar,
onions, carrot, shallots, parsley, thyme, bay leaf, salt and
pepper in saucepan over a medium heat for 20 minutes.
Pour this stock over the
mackerel.
Put in oven at 325°F (160°CUP) for
20 minutes.
Take out of oven, leave to cool.
Serve with extra marinade. |
