Ingredients |
1 lb orange roughy
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
3 tablespoons margarine
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon paprika |

Method |
Wipe and dry fish.
Arrange in glass dish.
Sprinkle with salt.
Dot with margarine.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Blend sour cream and cheese.
Spread on fish.
Sprinkle with parsley and paprika,.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave 3 minutes or until fish flakes with fork. |
