ANCHOVY GARLIC DRESSING FOR SALADS

Ingredients:

1 clove garlic mashed (or 1 tsp garlic paste)
1 anchovy fillet chopped
2 ts balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 tb lemon juice
3/4 ts dijon mustard
1/3 c olive oil

 

Method:

Blend the first 5 ingredients. Wisk olive oil in slowly.
