ANCHOVY & TOMATO SAUCE

Ingredients:

1 tb olive oil
2 cloves garlic; minced
4 ripe olives; pitted and chopped
2 c plum tomatoes; peeled, seeded and run through a food processor
salt and pepper
1/4 ts dried oregano
4 anchovy fillets; chopped

 

Method:

Mix all ingredients together and serve.
