Ingredients:
4 cups chicken broth
1/2 pound cod
1/2 pound spinach
1/2 cup bamboo shoots, sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon peanut oil
Method:
Heat chicken broth.
Cut cod into 1" x 2" pieces and add to the chicken broth with trimmed spinach and sliced bamboo shoots.
Do not return to a boil.
Add salt and peanut oil.
Cook for 3 minutes.
