Ingredients:
4 pounds Red snapper fillets
Salt to taste
1/4 cup Chopped celery
2 tablespoons Chopped Onion
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 pinch dried dill
2 tablespoons Butter
3 slice Cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup Fresh bread crumbs
1/2 cup Chopped cooked shrimp
1 large Egg
Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Butter, melted
Method:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Rub fish inside and out with salt.
Sauté onion, garlic and celery in butter until soft. Add bacon, bread crumbs, Dill, shrimp, egg, salt and pepper; mix well.
Stuff fish; close with toothpicks. Place in baking pan, brush with melted butter. Bake 40 minutes or till fish tests done with fork.
