Video Showing How To Cook Mussels - Easy Mussel Recipe from Keith Floyd


Ingredients:
1.5 kgs of mussels200ml Dry white wine or dry cider
1 onion - chopped finely
6 cloves garlic crushed (no need to peel)
handful of parsley chopped
150 grams butter

Method:
De beard & Prepare mussels see Sea-Ex Preparing Mussels

Melt butter into pot and put the onion, garlic, parsley into put.

Put in the mussels and add the white wine. Put the lid on and cook for a 5 minutes. Remove lid and Stir cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Spoon into a bowl but dont put in all of the liquid.
